I came in with my husband looking for a simple pillar cap , hoping to get some guidance, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The employee helping us kept cutting us off while we were trying to explain what we were looking for. When we asked questions, he repeatedly responded with “I don’t know” and told us to just go look around, as if we were already familiar with the layout of his business. When I asked about different color options, he said he didn’t understand my question instead of trying to clarify or help. Overall, he came across as extremely rude and unprofessional. In the end, he told us to go to Thompsons Building, which is where we were planning to go anyway. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. Definitely not the level of customer service we expected.

I went there twice, once to pick out what I wanted and the second time with my husband and truck to pick up. The same guy running the store was super RUDE, his zipper down. We decided to walk away and take our business elsewhere. Not you calling us low ballers; we simply lost all interest

Great place to get hardscaping materials. Huge variety of pavers stepping stones, water fountains ⛲️ and many more decorations. Great customer service and no pushy sales personnel. I bought a pallet of Bella Belgard pavers that covered 120 sg.ft. I will definitely go back to see what else I can find for my yard.
